DoggyCheck Procedure:

Each of the DoggyChecktests (1, 2, or 3) is used separately, one packet per week or 7 days.  DoggyCheck is sprinkled over fresh litter or newspapers.

If there is more than one dog, we suggest that you isolate each dog-in-question and provide it with  its own litter box/newspapers.

Step 1

Clean the litter box with mild soap and warm water or use clean newspapers. If you are using a litter box, fill it with half of the litter that you normally use. CAUTION: do not use bleach, other strong cleaners, or baking soda as they may interfere with the outcome of the test.

 Step 2

Place the litter box/newspapers in a dry area away from direct sunlight.  Avoid humid and damp areas.  Sprinkle the entire contents of the chosen DoggyCheck packet over the prepared litter/newspapers.  Make a note in the journal on the Product Insert.  CAUTION: Do not combine different DoggyCheckpackets together in the same litter box.

Step 3

Check your dog litter box/newspapers several times during the day if possible.  A distinctive color change with any of the DoggyChecktest pieces in contact with dog's urine indicates a potential problem (see the color chart below).  Record results in the journal on the Product Insert.
